Kate Henshaw, a veteran Nollywood actress, has stated that she once ended a relationship with a man who wanted to marry her because of his mental health struggles. In an interview on the Tea With Tay Podcast, Kate Henshaw revealed that the man was possessive and tried to control what she wore and how she lived.

Henshaw said the man had schizophrenia. She said she left the relationship when his behaviour became aggressive and she could no longer tolerate it
