BREAKING: The Ruling Party Will Win The Election,All Of You That Are Jumping Ship Must Hold Life Jacket—Iginla

Popular Nigerian cleric, Joshua Iginla, has issued a warning to politicians and supporters ahead of future elections, cautioning against violence and political intimidation during campaign activities.

Speaking during a recent sermon, the cleric expressed concern about what he described as a possible “systematic approach” to humiliating members of the ruling party during political rallies. According to him, such actions could escalate tensions and create unnecessary conflicts in the political space.

Iginla urged political actors to approach campaigns with caution and maintain peace, noting that political competition should not turn into hostility or public embarrassment. He warned that rallies could become flashpoints for violence if supporters are not properly controlled.

He said he had seen signs that rallies could degenerate into chaotic scenes where leaders might be attacked or supporters beaten, stressing the need for political stakeholders to promote peaceful engagement. The cleric also appealed to opposition groups to focus on what he described as “pure politics,” rather than tactics that could embarrass or provoke their opponents.

The prophet further spoke about the current political climate, stating that despite the rising tension and political movements across parties, the ruling party still has a strong chance in future elections.

According to him, many politicians are currently defecting or aligning with new political platforms, but he warned them to be careful about their decisions and the possible consequences of such moves.

“They will win the election. But all of you that are jumping, hold your life jacket… as you jump in so that they will not whether they will push you into the water. I don’t know. Or now you go decide to jump,” Iginla said.
