Speaking in Tehran at a high-level meeting attended by foreign ambassadors, diplomatic envoys, and representatives of international organisations, Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi said the framework put forward by Tehran has now been agreed upon as the basis for dialogue.
