JUST IN: Legal expert says ‘No recognised faction in PDP according to S’Court verdict’

A legal expert, P.D. Pius has said that there is no more faction in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, following Thursday judgment of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He said the judgement has put to rest uncertainty over the leadership of the party.

In a statement on Friday, he said the suggestion that the Supreme Court decided that PDP has nullified both factions of the party is not correct.
