Biddy Nnanna has recounted the harrowing circumstances surrounding the death of her sister, Ngozi, who allegedly died after a surgical scissors was left inside her body following a fibroid operation in Lagos State. Speaking in an interview with Punch Newspapers, Nnanna detailed how the family’s search for answers began after Ngozi’s health deteriorated sharply following the procedure.

She said the situation became critical when they decided to conduct further medical imaging outside the original hospital. According to her, a scan carried out at a diagnostic centre around Ile-Epo Bus Stop revealed a shocking medical finding that immediately raised alarm.
