Former All Progressives Congress (APC) North East National Vice Chairman, Comrade Mustapha Salihu, PhD, has formally withdrawn from the gubernatorial race in Adamawa State, describing his decision as a deliberate choice of “Service Over Power.” In a heartfelt statement released after hours of silence, Comr. Mustapha said the decision followed deep consultations and careful reflection, stressing that his participation in the race was never driven by personal ambition.
