BREAKING: Court Orders EFCC to Pay N10m Fine for Defamatory Publication Against Ex-Power Minister

Justice Peter Kekemeke delivered the judgment on Wednesday, holding that the EFCC falsely portrayed Agunloye as standing trial for fraud in a publication titled “EFCC arraigns Agunloye over $6 billion fraud.”
