Nkechi stated that Nigerians are no longer moaning about the economy, and she questioned whether they are comfortable with the hardship. She mentioned that she isn’t rich, so she is moaning.
“So I carried N150k to the market to buy basic things – Turkey 2 kilos, catfish, life chicken, and goat meat. Guess what? N1000 didn’t return home with me. One yam na N10000 now. I noticed that people aren’t talking about the economy anymore; it’s like you guys enjoy it. I am not rich, so I will complain. Besides, even the rich are complaining. I am not the rich but one of the masses, and I am complaining like this.
It’s time to dust my passport because it is no longer getting funny.
