In a recent video on Facebook, the Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has predicted that the presidential ticket of the African Democratic Congress ahead of the 2027 general election will likely revolve around former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Ayodele made the disclosure while addressing journalists, where he also raised concerns about Nigeria’s security situation and warned of possible external threats to the country.
Speaking on the opposition coalition forming around the ADC, the cleric stated that the party’s presidential ticket is already narrowing to two prominent figures within the political landscape.
According to him, “The ADC ticket is between Atiku. If they don’t give it to Atiku, they will bring it to Jonathan. I have not seen any other person again.”
The prophet noted that political developments within the opposition would eventually tilt toward one of the two leaders as the election approaches. He added that internal negotiations and strategic considerations would determine who ultimately emerges as the party’s candidate.
Ayodele also expressed concern about Nigeria’s security environment, warning that the country must remain alert to possible threats from outside its borders. He stressed the need for stronger security awareness and improved communication strategies among political spokespersons and government representatives.
“I don’t know if you understand. This one is too much. I warn Nigeria of external aggression. External aggression is imminent,” he said.
He further urged authorities to take security warnings seriously, noting that the country must be vigilant against potential attacks or destabilizing actions from external forces.
