Hojbjerg arrived in France on Sunday night and was seen posing for pictures with club fans.
Marseille have moved for Hojbjerg after finalising a deal to sign Mason Greenwood
from Manchester United for around £27m last week.

Getty Images Spurs have also inserted a sell-on clause into the deal for Hojbjerg, whose contract was due to expire at the end of next season.
The 28-year-old joined Spurs from Southampton for around £15m in 2020 and established himself as a regular under Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.
He impressed for Denmark at Euro 2024, where he was man of the match in their draw against England in the group stage in Germany.
But Ange Postecoglou has made it clear that Hojbjerg does not fit his attacking system, so will become the latest player shown the door by the Australian.
Eric Dier, Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Tanguy Ndombele and Japhet Tanganga have all been released, while Joe Rodon has been sold to Leeds and Troy Parrott left for AZ Alkmaar , as Postecoglou reshapes his squad.
