Apostle Johnson Suleman, the senior pastor and founder of Omega Fire Ministries International, has shared guidance on the most effective prayer believers can offer when confronted by conspiracies or attacks from adversaries.
In a recent sermon posted on YouTube, Suleman explained that when enemies relentlessly pursue a believer, the strongest prayer is to ask God to raise forces that will confront the attackers themselves.
He referenced the biblical story of King Saul and David, highlighting how Saul was pursuing David when a messenger arrived with news of a Philistine invasion. The new threat forced Saul to abandon his pursuit and address the more immediate danger.
“Read verse 27—you’re going to laugh,” Suleman said during his message. “‘There came a messenger unto Saul, saying, Haste, and come, for the Philistines have invaded the land.’ While he was pursuing David, someone was pursuing him.”
The pastor emphasized that divine intervention often works by redirecting an enemy’s attention. He assured believers that God can raise circumstances or individuals to challenge those plotting harm against them.
“Stretch your hand,” Suleman declared. “Anyone pursuing you, God will raise people to pursue them. This is the best prayer you can pray for conspirators. This is the best prayer you can pray for attackers.”
He further explained that constant attacks can hinder a person’s ability to fulfill their purpose, delay opportunities, and interfere with spiritual responsibilities. Praying for enemies to be pursued by God, according to Suleman, helps shift the pressure away from the victim.
Reiterating his message, he pronounced prophetic blessings: “Anyone pursuing you, God will raise pursuers to pursue them. Everyone conspiring against you, God will raise people to trouble them.”
Suleman concluded by encouraging believers to remain steadfast in faith, trusting God to protect them against conspiracies and hidden attacks.
