According to a media post on Friday, 24 October 2025, by the Media Aide to the former Vice President, Honourable Umar Ismail, His Excellency, Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar (GCON), received a delegation from the Coalition of Young Islamic Scholars in Nigeria, led by Sheikh Dr. Abdulaziz Ibrahim Almisri, at his residence in Abuja.
Their discussion focused on the vital role of religious leaders in promoting unity, peace, and moral rejuvenation across the nation.
They also deliberated on strategies to empower young Nigerians through education, interfaith dialogue, and community development initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive and prosperous society.
Atiku also used the opportunity to appreciate the delegation for their visit and their kind gesture.
