According to Vanguard Newspaper, President Donald Trump delivered a stark assessment of U.S.-Iran relations, declaring the Islamic Republic totally defeated while simultaneously asserting that Tehran is desperate to negotiate an agreement terms he claims he would reject.

In a lengthy statement to reporters at his Mar-a-Lago estate, the president and current Republican front-runner framed his hardline posture as a direct result of his administration’s maximum pressure campaign.
