According to a report by Daily Post, on Saturday, March 14, 2026, a prominent and vocal religious leader from Plateau State, Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo, launched a scathing critique against the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.
The clergyman’s grievances stem from allegations that the high-ranking security official intentionally rerouted United States military assets and personnel to Sokoto State and other northern regions.
This perceived diversion occurred despite Reverend Dachomo’s personal and highly publicised appeal to President Donald Trump to intervene in the Middle Belt, where Christian communities have faced a devastating surge of violence at the hands of extremist groups.
Reverend Dachomo, who serves as the Barkin Ladi Regional Chairman of the Church of Christ in Nations, had initiated a plea during the previous year, urging the American administration to deploy military forces to Plateau State. See More/Details
