Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the FCT minister and former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has taken to his official X handle to react after footages of the Judges quarters built by the minister surfaced online. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he dragged renowned activist and erstwhile presidential aspirant, Omoyele Sowore into the conversation.
Many were left stunned after footages of the newly constructed housing units built for Judges in the federal capital territory by the former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike surfaced online on Saturday March 14th, 2026.
It can be recalled that prior to the commencement of the construction of the said project, a lot of mixed reactions were generated as many argued that the minister was in the process of compromising the judiciary.
Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the minister in a recent statement which was shared on his official X handle, made a striking comment regarding the project.
According to his statements, he pointed out that it was the role of the federal capital territory development authority (FCDA), to construct houses for the three arms of government. See More/Details
