Seyed Abbas Araghchi has commented on the human cost of the ongoing conflict involving Iran and the United States, saying the consequences of the war are being felt by ordinary families on both sides.
In a post on X, Araghchi said he had been informed that the family of an American soldier killed during the conflict was depending on public donations for support. He used the claim to argue that the war has placed unnecessary suffering on citizens of both countries.
