Security operatives in Northern Nigeria have reportedly arrested a woman identified as Aisha Abubakar over her alleged involvement in a kidnapping case.
According to reports, the suspect confessed to providing information that helped kidnappers abduct a man identified as Alhaji Sanusi along with members of his family.
During questioning, she allegedly admitted that she had tipped off the kidnappers about the victims’ movements, which eventually led to their abduction and the payment of a ransom by the family. See More/Details…
I am the informant who tipped off the kidnappers to abduct Alhaji Sanusi, his children, and his wives. After the kidnappers collected a ransom of ₦5 million from the family, they paid me only ₦5,000. This is not the first time I have done this.
