In a recent video on YouTube, Apostle Johnson Suleman has called on pastors and church leaders in Nigeria to prioritize spiritual burden over personal ambition, stressing that true vision comes from a heartfelt calling, not a desire for fame or wealth.
Speaking during a recent conference, Suleman emphasized the importance of letting God’s burden guide ministry efforts.
“A man prays 12 hours, 15 hours,” Suleman said. “You’re asking yourself, what is he saying? Sir, it is burden that is driving him. The burden of the Lord driveth me.”
He explained that the hours of prayer, worship, and seclusion often seen in committed ministers are not for show, but a response to the weight of responsibility placed on them by God. “So when a man is worshiping for hours and for days, locks up himself—burden.
