An IDF reserve soldier in the Iron Dome system unit has been arrested on suspicion of cooperating with Iranian intelligence and receiving bribes for providing sensitive security information.
Raz Cohen, a 26-year-old Jerusalem resident, was arrested as part of a joint operation by Lahav 433 and the Shin Bet.
Police said: “The individual had been in contact with Iranian intelligence operatives and, at their instruction, was asked to carry out a variety of security-related tasks, including passing on sensitive security information to which he had access in the course of his duties.
“The investigation revealed that the individual was aware that the contact was being managed by Iranian agents and received sums of money in return.” See More In Details…
