Lady in pains as caretaker serves her eviction notice after spending N4M to renovate flat

Lady devastated as she is served an eviction notice after spending N4M to renovate a flat in Ikeja Lagos. The incident was recounted by the lady who shared a video of the apartment before and after she had spent millions to make it better. According to the lady, she had been living in a shared apartment within a building and wanted a flat, the caretaker who has been receiving her rent informed her that there was a space in the same building.  She revealed that when she finally received the key to the apartment, the whole place was a mess. Seeing how the whole place looked, she had to give it a new look, and thus spent millions of naira changing tiles, plastering, fixing the interiors and others.

When she called the caretaker to complain, the man denied being responsible, and stated that it was sent by a senior caretaker, and he has no say in the issue.
