The group pointed out that the reopening of this road, scheduled for March 31, 2026, addresses long-standing public worries regarding the poor state of the highway.
Ohanaeze Ndigbo remarked that the Enugu-Onitsha route had caused difficulties for over twenty years, presenting serious dangers to travelers and drivers from the South-East area and further afield.
