Ahmed Babalola, 70‑year‑old man, told the Grade A Customary Court in Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State, that he wants a divorce from his wife, Aduke, after almost 30 years of marriage because he can no longer live with her.
According to report by NIGERIAN TRIBUNE on Saturday April 11 2026, Babalola said Aduke often started fights, broke his things and made him look bad in front of neighbours and family by saying he was bad in bed. He said the marriage had become too hard and he now slept with one eye open because he feared her.
