Nigerian musician, Chinedu Okoye, popularly known as Flavour, has disclosed that his fitness requires discipline and determination.

Flavour said his physical body nature is sustained through his eating habits and physical exercises.

The highlife singer disclosed this in a debut podcast with former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, on Tuesday.

The ‘Obodo’ crooner said he does not eat breakfast. Though an Igbo man, he does not eat ‘swallow’. He added that he takes minimal carbs.

For his drinks, Flavour said he takes herbal tea in the morning and eats at about 5 pm daily.

For physical fitness, N’abania (2nite) singer revealed that he works out for two hours every day.

Nwanne, it is tough, but I will try. First, I don’t eat in the morning; I drink herbal tea and eat at about 5 pm. Second, I don’t eat swallow; I consume minimal carbs. Third, I work out 2 hours a day,” he said.

When Chidoka asked if his eating routine, along with taking herbal tea in the morning,g did not expose him to Ulcer, Flavour said his herbal tea is homemade.

He further disclosed that there are condiments he adds to the herbal tea to keep Ulcer away.

“My homemade herbal tea takes care of that; I add condiments that keep ulcers away,” he answered.
