BREAKING: No Agreement Stopping Fubara From Seeking Re-Election, Tam-George Counters Wike’s Claim

Former Rivers State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Austin Tam-George, has dismissed reports claiming that Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, signed an agreement preventing him from contesting for a second term in office. Speaking during an interview on Arise News, Tam-George described the alleged agreement as false and politically motivated.

He said the claim had been repeatedly mentioned by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, but maintained that no such arrangement was ever made.
