BREAKING NEWS: APC primaries: Zulum wins Dikwa, Konduga, Mafa Reps ticket

Dr Kaumi Zulum, brother of Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno, has emerged the winner of the All Progressives Congress, APC, House of Representatives primary election for the Dikwa, Konduga, Mafa Federal Constituency in Borno.

Prophet Jones Erue, the Returning Officer and the Chairman, Primary Election Committee, said at a news conference on Sunday in Maiduguri that Mr Zulum emerged as the winner during the primary election unopposed.
