Gbajabiamila: ‘I Told Him It Would Be Very Cowardly Of Me To Leave A Group Of 37 People’ – Elliot

A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Honourable Desmond Elliot, disclosed that he justified his involvement in the impeachment notice directed at Speaker Mudashiru Obasa directly to Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila. He mentioned that abandoning his 37 colleagues who had already endorsed the notice would be a sign of cowardice.

During an interview on Channels TV, Elliot expressed, “I communicated to him that it would be very cowardly of me to depart from a group of 37 individuals and switch sides without bringing the majority along with me. Moreover, this issue has already been settled, and Mr. President declared it is finished.
