Professor Mohammed Munzali Jibril, 75, a former Academic Provost of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna, and former Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC) , during an interview with Daily Trust correspondent, talked about the Sani Abacha loot.
When he was asked whether he wanted to set the record straight on Sani Abacha, he responded affirmatively and addressed the controversy surrounding the so-called Abacha loot.
