Algerian midfielder Ramiz Zerrouki has said that Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman are not the only players they are focusing on as they play Nigeria in the quarterfinals o the Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The midfielder said that even though Nigeria has two of the tournament’s finest attackers, Algeria will look beyond them, insisting that all the Super Eagles stars could cause problem if given the opportunity.
He specifically mentioned the danger posed by Lookman and Osimhen, but also stressed the need to get ready for the whole team.
“It’s not only the two of them. All the players from Nigeria have their own good qualities,” Zerrouki told reporters in Morocco.
“So, we need to make sure we are as ready as we can be to deal with them. And what I’m saying is, it’s going to be a big game.”
