According to a report by The Jerusalem Post on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the Dutch House of Representatives has approved a motion calling for a ban on the Muslim Brotherhood and its affiliated groups in the Netherlands.
The motion, proposed by Geert Wilders and Maikel Boon of the Party for Freedom (PVV) on March 9, received 76 votes in favor.
The motion cites a recent French government report warning that the Muslim Brotherhood seeks long-term infiltration with the ultimate goal of establishing an Islamist state under sharia law.
