BREAKING: Talking With Americans Not Our Agenda Anymore, We’re Prepared Continue Attacking With Missiles—Iran

According to a report published by Punch on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Iran has declared that it will continue carrying out missile strikes while ruling out the possibility of holding immediate negotiations with the United States. The statement comes as tensions and military confrontations in the Middle East continue to intensify.

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, made it clear on Tuesday that Tehran is no longer considering diplomatic talks with Washington at this time. He explained that previous engagements with the United States had not produced favorable outcomes for Iran, which has made the country reluctant to pursue further discussions under the current circumstances.

The crisis reportedly began after the United States and Israel carried out joint military strikes on Iranian targets on February 28. The attacks were said to have resulted in the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, an incident that significantly escalated tensions and triggered a wider military conflict across the region.

These strikes occurred just before another round of diplomatic negotiations between Washington and Tehran was expected to take place. Prior to the attacks, representatives from both sides had already completed three rounds of discussions. Mediators from Oman had earlier indicated that those talks were showing signs of progress and that there was hope for further dialogue.

However, the military action abruptly ended the possibility of continued diplomatic engagement and pushed the situation into open confrontation. Since then, Iran has launched multiple drone and missile attacks targeting Israeli locations as well as American interests in the Middle East.

Iranian authorities have maintained that their military operations are a defensive response to the earlier strikes carried out against them. The conflict has also begun to affect global trade and energy supplies. Shipping activity through the Strait of Hormuz, a critical route for global oil transportation, has been disrupted as a result of the ongoing hostilities.

Reports indicate that Iranian forces have targeted oil tankers passing through the strategic waterway since the conflict began, raising international concerns about the potential impact on global oil markets and energy stability.

Despite the rising tensions, Iranian officials insist that their country did not initiate the war. Instead, they argue that their actions are a response to what they describe as aggression. According to Araghchi, Iran is prepared to sustain its missile campaign for as long as it believes it is necessary.

He emphasized that discussions with the United States are currently off the table, adding that Iran is ready to continue its missile operations for as long as the situation demands. See more
