In an official statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office of Israel, Netanyahu said Israeli forces had killed Ali Larijani, whom he described as a leading figure within Iran’s powerful Revolutionary Guards.
According to Netanyahu, the operation also resulted in the death of a commander from the Basij, a paramilitary force affiliated with Iran’s security structure. He accused both groups of playing key roles in enforcing control and suppressing dissent within Iran.
“This morning, we eliminated Ali Larijani,” Netanyahu stated, adding that Israeli operations are continuing through coordinated air strikes and unmanned aerial vehicle missions targeting Iranian positions. See More In Details…
