Leah Sharibu, the Nigerian schoolgirl who was abducted by ISWAP in 2018 from her school in Dapchi, Yobe State, has been mentioned by Gideon Para Mallam, the CEO of the Gideon and Funmi Para-Mallam Peace Foundation.
Leah, who was only 14 years old when she was kidnapped, is now around 22 and has already given birth to four children while being held, according to Para Mallam in an interview with Channels Television.
According to Mallam, Leah was about to give birth to her first kid, and she had no nurse, midwife, or physician to help her. He said Leah could have died during the procedure, but God intervened. He claimed that Leah screamed “Jesus” throughout the strenuous labor, demonstrating that she had not lost her Christian faith even while being held captive.
According to Para Mallam, Leah has had four children since being kidnapped when she was fourteen. Leah, who will be 22 with four kids, is who we’re discussing. In fact, some of the intelligence sources we gathered told me that Leah was a young, inexperienced girl who had no nurse, midwife, or physician to assist her when she was due to give birth to her first child. Leah was having trouble giving birth, so another girl in captivity joined her in the fight to help Leah. I overheard Leah yelling “Jesus” during the course of her strenuous labor, and I learned that God had saved her from a potentially fatal outcome. This indicates that Leah has not forgotten Jesus and will not forget him even while being held captive.
