Dino Melaye has reacted to the disorder that occurred during a City Boys Movement empowerment programme in Owerri, where a large crowd reportedly disrupted the event and carted away several items meant for distribution.
Reports from eyewitnesses and videos shared on social media showed that groups, described by some observers as village youths, surged into the venue while empowerment materials were being shared. The rush created confusion as some of the items prepared for beneficiaries were taken during the commotion.
