According to a report by Anadolu Agency on Friday, March 13, 2026, a broad array of Iran’s top political, military, and judicial officials marched through the streets of Tehran on Friday as part of the annual Al‑Quds Day demonstrations, signaling unity and resistance in the face of intense regional conflict.
The event, held on the last Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, saw crowds of thousands gathering across the capital despite ongoing hostilities between Iran and U.S.‑Israeli forces. Among those participating in the march were President Masoud Pezeshkian and high‑ranking officials, including senior members of the government’s security and defence establishment.
State media also reported the presence of Ali Larijani and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, reflecting the regime’s decision to publicly stand beside ordinary citizens proclaiming support for the Palestinian cause and defiance against foreign pressure. See More/Read Original
