It is important to remember that your mother is still your mother, regardless of whether she was a good parent to you. Show her utmost respect at all times.
Respectful behavior towards your mother is essential, and there are certain things you should never say or do to her.
1. Referring to her by her proper name is disrespectful. Use terms like Mom, Mommy, or Mum to show how much you value and respect her.
2. Affecting her emotions in a negative way is not acceptable. Be a source of happiness for her and avoid treating her poorly.
3. Pointing at her with an extended index finger is rude and hurtful. Even if you disagree with her, try to show empathy and understanding.
4. Yelling at your mother is disrespectful and hurtful. Avoid using profanity in front of her and always show her how much she means to you.
5. Never disregard her pleas or calls. It is the cruelest thing you could do to your mother. Take the time to listen and be there for her.
