BREAKING: Federal govt receives 147 stranded Nigerians from Libya

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) facilitated their voluntary repatriation through the intervention of the European Union (EU).

The returnees arrived at the Cargo Wing of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport aboard an Al Buraq Air Boeing 737-800 with registration number 5A-DMG at approximately 17:54 hours.

The group consisted of 55 female and 78 male adults, accompanied by 12 female and one male child, along with one female infant.

Upon arrival, various government agencies, including NEMA, the Refugee Commission, the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, the Police, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, and IOM, conducted all necessary processes required for the returnees.>>>READ FULL ARTICLE HERE
