Wike made this statement in Abuja on Thursday, April 4, during a courtesy visit to his office by His Eminence, Dr. Oliver Ali Aba, the Prelate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria.

He emphasized that the nation’s leaders need divine assistance to achieve success and urged religious leaders to pray for President Tinubu’s government to fulfill his vision and aspirations outlined in the Renewed Hope Agenda for the country.

Wike said: “We will continue to ask religious leaders to continue to pray for the salvation and growth of Nigeria. Prayer is key. We can do what we think but without God, there is nothing we can achieve.”
