Melissa Sloan has more than 800 tattoos, including brightly colored squares and hearts all over her face, mostly done by her partner Luke.

Her extensive face tattoos include the image of a crucifix, as the 46-year-old from Wales turned to God after Luke suffered a health scare.

But, while praying and singing, the mother-of-seven claims she was “chucked” out of her local church on more than one occasion.

Melissa recounted a distressing experience where she felt ridiculed and singled out. She shared with the Daily Star that she was asked to leave the church, with most people laughing at her. She pondered on the priest’s intentions, wondering if he had ill intentions.

The reason given for asking her to leave was that she was singing too loudly, which she found unjust as others were also singing. She expressed her disappointment, emphasizing that the church should be an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Despite being accustomed to such treatment, Melissa was particularly taken aback by the incident at the church. She believed that fundamental teachings of love and acceptance, as emphasized in the Bible, were disregarded in that moment.

“I’m used to it now, I’ve been banned from everywhere and discriminated against everywhere. But I just don’t give a toss any more,” she said of her experience of being kicked out of multiple venues.>>>READ FULL ARTICLE>>>
