Mr. CORDOSO, especially reminds me of when i was trying out my fingers on guitar for the first time as a passionate teenager with no teacher, i will strike any cord and string to see if it makes sense, if it does i will nod and pontificate in my magical prowess, if the sound does not make sense, i will dump it and complain about how hard it is to learn guitar.

The recent blow on our faces again is the controversial 0.5% levy for cyber crime war. no explanation under the sun can justify this neck stiffing policy– another hole in our pockets. Everything is wrong about the policy, the timing and the policy itself is malicious.
