Smoking harms male s3xual health as it damages nerves and blood vessels, making arteries too narrow and thus compromising the blood flow to the male reproductive organs. This is the problem known clinically as vasoconstriction.

Men who smoke a lot end up having their penile sensitivity affected and their s3xual performance tends to drop a lot. Another problem for smokers is that they take longer to become aroused.

Modern man is characterised by the exaggerated consumption of fats and sugars, present in fried foods, soft drinks and other foods. Excess fat and sugar make digestion slower and, if consumed just before s3xual intercourse, can hinder men’s performance.

The slower the digestion process, the more energy it consumes, weakening men’s physical activities.

Besides, fats can clog veins and arteries, impairing the blood flow in the body, especially in the male reproductive organs region.

Deficient diet, in the long term, increases cholesterol, triglycerides, glycemia, developing metabolism and cardiovascular problems, such as hypertension and diabetes, diseases that damage the blood vessels, the erector mechanism and lubrication.

A sedentary lifestyle tends to cause the same effects as a poor diet, increasing cholesterol and blood sugar, favoring heart and metabolism diseases, compromising the blood vessels, erection and lubrication.

It also makes men unwell, tired and irritated, hindering s3xual intercourse.

The sedentary person tends to have less endorphin circulating in the organism, which leads to low self-esteem, fundamental for a good s3xual performance.
