The former Inspector General of Police, Mike Okiro has explained the reason why people are clamouring for state police.

This is coming after the Senate passed the state police bill. Mike Okiro made the statement while speaking on the call for state police.
In the video that surfaced online, the former Inspector General of Police stated that the Nigeria Police Force is not well equipped. He said if the NPF is well equipped, nobody will speak about state police.
