Erin: A few years ago I worked out so much I didn’t have my period for 10 months. I didn’t go to the doc because it was great lol. But it’s so bad for you. I’m on the pill now to stabilize. Be careful to those Ladies who exercise a lot.

Julie: IT’s PERFECTLY FINE if you’re very active & don’t get your period for some time -even up to a year or so. *As long as you aren’t ‘starving’ yourself or exercising an absolutely ridiculous amount (if you’re doing 1 or both, you DO need to talk to someone). Athletes will go long stretches without their period & they’re HEALTHY! At some point you’ll take a break due to an injury (hopefully minor) or just life & I PROMISE your period will be back -REAL QUICK! I talked to several Doctors over many years about this. Of course there’s always the one’s who say different! Seriously, enjoy the break!
