In a video shared by TVC from 7:59, Ngelale highlighted a past incident where a former Nigerian president demolished a media station with bulldozers for making publications that did not align with his views. He said President Tinubu’s administration is taking a legal approach, in line with the rule of law, by suing the newspaper instead of resorting to such drastic actions

In Ngelale’s words: “A sitting president took tractors and bulldozers and literally knocked down a media station that was giving information or opinion in a way that was not in line with that president’s own view.
