Lookman, who delivered a stunning season for Atalanta BC, became the first player to score a hat-trick in a UEFA competition final, helping his side secure a 3-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen to win the Europa League.

His standout performances earned him Atalanta’s Player of the Season award and sparked interest from European giants, including PSG and Arsenal.

Despite reportedly agreeing on personal terms with PSG, Lookman’s move fell through when the French side and Atalanta could not agree on a transfer fee, leaving the forward in Italy for another season.
