Sources in the community told Osun Defender that trouble started around 2:00 p.m. when some hoodlums invaded the town and started causing trouble.
The sources who noted that the situation had been developing since last week before it eventually snowballed into a full-blown crisis, said many people were also injured.
A video shared on socio media watched by the medium showed some buildings being burnt while some cars, including a Lexus jeep, were also damaged.
