Nwanosike is one of the core loyalists of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike.
The hotel, a five-storey building which is located at GRA area of Port Harcourt was sealed by the Rivers State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development for violation of development control and non compliance with building regulations.
Sources who spoke to our correspondent said that the initial approval given for the hotel was for a four-storey building considering the topography of the area but the owner; Dr. Nwanosike increased the level to five.
