He added, “I’ve already won two trophies for Portugal that I really wanted. I’m not motivated by that,” referencing Portugal’s Euro 2016 and UEFA Nations League 2019 victories.
Ronaldo’s remarks were seen as downplaying the significance of the World Cup, which his rival Messi won with Argentina in 2022.
Odumodublvck slams Ronaldo for ruining legacy
Nigerian musician Odumodublvck, known for his strong love of football, took to his X account to respond to Ronaldo’s comments, saying;
