Massive reactions have trailed the trending video of a local government chairman in Borno state heading to work via a keg boat on a canal. The chairman appeared in a soiled attire with his buba covered in mud due to the water and clay on the shore.
The widely spread video recorded other passengers alighting from the keg boat on the other side of the canal, specifically, as the only means of transportation to arrive at their various destinations.
Internet users queried the inability to build a proper canoe rather than conveying people via a keg boat, that covers passengers with mud.
