A young lady whose wedding proceeded despite breaking up with her groom on the same day has spoken. From the venue to the reception, everything was ready for the highly anticipated event by friends and families. However, the bride changed her mind on the wedding day, but her husband-to-be continued the celebration without his bride.

The man shared that his to-be in-laws were not happy with various things about him, hence his fiancée’s decision.

“They were unhappy with how energetic I was on my big day. They claimed I was too drunk. The wife-to-be said I was disrespecting them by showing up. Also, I had not cleared my dowry. I was remaining with KSh 9,602 after paying KSh 48,012,” he told cloudsmedia. The Tanzanian woman was contacted to comment on the allegations and confirm if the reasons were valid. “Tell him to explain his shortcomings, behaviour and lack of respect to the elders. In short, we do not want to be bothered. What else do you want?” she angrily said as she hung up her phone.
