Famous Afrobeats artist Davido has responded after his fellow singer Teni, known as Teniola Apata, strongly addressed people who say her weight loss is due to surgery. In a recent video posted on her official Instagram on August 15, 2024, Teni shows her anger towards those making these claims about her weight loss. In the video, Teniola addresses rumors that she used Ozempic and underwent gastric bypass for weight loss. Her mispronunciation of “Ozempic” as “Nozempic” particularly amused many viewers, including Davido, who were left in fits of laughter. The artist known for “Uye Meyor” stated in a video that she did not have any surgery to lose weight; instead, she has been exercising. Teniola supports her claim by posting a new video of herself sweating while walking a dog, showing that she has proof The singer highlighted that losing weight has been tough, crediting her success to hard work and commitment to fitness.
